We asked for a twin room which we didn't get but it didn't really matter. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets every day. Good bathroom and shower. Efficient air-con. The breakfast was a buffet, with a good selection. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions but in a quiet street with views of the Bosphorus from our window.

The hotel has a lot of steps and stairs and no lift so, in my opinion, is suitable for older people who are reasonably fit and agile as my companion and I luckily are but not for physically disabled or frail guests. Our room was of a good size, comfortable and had a view of the sea. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were courteous and helpful.
