Definitely not 5 star and over priced. Poor service at breakfast, get there early or be dissapointed. Room size very small and only an in-bath shower. Barely 4 star, I was charged over 10TL just to give one shirt a quick iron. Generally ok but staff seem overworked. A high proportion of arabic speaking guests who seem unfriendly to english speaking europeans.

gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities in the centre of Taksim, Istanbul. I enjoyed the steam and turkish baths and took advantage of the peel and foam available - quite an experience! The staff were extremely helpful and responded to emails I had sent prior to me arrival requesting particular help.
