The Leda hotel does what it says on the tin! It is a family run, Turkish hotel where life is relaxed and there is no rush for sunbeds etc. Food is plentiful, homemade and Turkish. Drinks are free until 11pm but not a great variety. A quick ride on a Dolmush takes you either direction to Fetiye or Oludeniz... Both for approximately £1, where restaurants specialise in traditional foods and glorious sunsets! Also within 10 minutes is Hisaronu which is the lively centre for nightlife! For the daredevil there is Paragliding in Oludeniz and for the more relaxed fab boat rides!

This is a very Turkish hotel. We were the only British family at this hotel, which I loved, but my teenaged kids would have liked Englush speaking friends to talk to. I booked this hotel as it implied that it had free WiFi as part of the room booking. When we got there we were told that WiFi was only available in the small foyer, and although our phones etc did say we had a connection the supply was so poor we never once managed to connect to anything. We did however go to the Hotel just below us and you can use their strong WiFi connection free of charge if you buy a drink there. This also is a mainly a hotel for British tourists if you want English speakers. Apart from the WiFi we had a couple of problems during our stay. On the second night I had water dripping from the ceiling on to my bed during the night. We also had a broken shower head, Both of these problems were fixed quickly for us. You also have the constant noise of running water in your rooms as the pipes for the rooms above ran into your room and although they were boxed in, this did not reduce the noise. Because the hotel is Turkish, the food is all Turkish and not catered for British visitors. I personally like salads and vegetarian foods, but again my kids didn't eat a lot and it did get monotonous after a week. The rooms are very basic dated and are in need of refurbishment and we couldn't until pack as there was not enough hanging space or drawers to put your clothes away, we did however have three single beds in our room so they may have had to remove drawers to get the extra bed in. This hotel is on a very steep hill and so is not suitable for people who have mobility issues. The area and views however are lovely as you are surrounded by the montains. This all sounds very negative, however I did like this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and were constantly checking we' were OK as they were worried we were the only Brits. I also was very impressed in the cleanliness. The bedrooms were cleaned and tidied every day with clean towels given daily. The drinks are basic and they did run out of white wine and gin three days before we left and never replaced either. I wasn't surprised they ran out of gin as they never measured the servings were far too strong.
