OVERVIEW

The hotel is located in the Asarlik area, a hill facing the bays of Bodrum, named Bitez and Gumbet bay. It is also situated 10 minutes walk away from the beach (500 m.), 3 km. from the lively resort of Gumbet and 5 km. from Bodrum city centre and its Castle. The hotel features an entrance hall with a reception, fax service, car rental, currency exchange, lift, lobby bar, restaurants, meeting room up to 50 persons, internet corner (with extra charge) and mini market. The outside facilities include a pool, children pool, snack bar, pool bar, sun terrace and a play area for children. Furthermore, the hotel provides an indoor pool, fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna, massage service and hairdresser (both with extra charge). In addition, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach. The rooms are equipped with A/C, TV, direct telephone line, mini fridge, safe (with extra charge), bathroom with bathtub/shower and hair dryer. Laundry service is available. In case of choosing the option of "all inclusive": The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels the activities program is also included.

We have stayed in numerous hotels in Turkey and so know the standard of Turkish Hotels and the Country's star rating system. This hotel is the worst we have stayed in FOOD Bland and lacking variety, ok if you like chips, rice and plain pasta. Don't be fooled by photo's on Hotels own website showing food options as you will be very disappointed. Most days food ran out and staff were slow to replace empty dishes. DRINKS 90% of the staff do not know how to serve alcoholic drinks. Some nights, no ice or lemon available, when asked for it the bar staff said no. On other occasions we were served ice in both red and white wine!! ROOM One positive we had a great view and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, toilet bin was not emptied for 2 days, only 1 towel was changed during our 5 day stay and that was only because we placed it in the shower. But on that day we then had to go to Housekeeping as they hadn't left a replacement. On other occasions the towels were left folded so dirty marks did not show. We also had to request toilet roll as no extra. Dirty glasses were not collected at all from our room during our stay. Room was very dated and the shower was very small WIFI Only available in public areas but very slow and some days no connection

Hotel should NOT have taking bookings the week week we were there they would have been better of loading the few people that were staying to another hotel as there were more staff than guests which was a real pity as it was a. nice hotel . The food was very poor choice again down the the numbers lunch and dinner. most days was the choice of two dishes chicken or turkey breakfast was the same every day and NOT worth getting up for. We were on all inclusive and really with the choice being so bad and there being no atmosphere ate out every evening One last comment no entertainment either
