I have stayed at this hotel 4 times before so didn’t bother to check the reviews before booking again but somehow the new owner and management have managed to destroy what was an average good value hotel, we are not a fussy family and managed to enjoy our holiday by using the hotel just to sleep in, the food was awful we ended up eating out the whole week! They have no entertainment anymore, the all inclusive drinks at the start of the week consisted of beer, Pepsi, 7up orange or soda water as they had no wine and a few soft drinks where labelled empty and by the end of the week they had ran out of lemonade Pepsi also meaning if you didn’t want a beer, orange or soda like ourselves we were now buying our drinks from the supermarket also, the WiFi wasn’t working the whole stay, also while there we were advised the staff hadn’t been getting paid for a couple of months and there was a planned strike one day while we were there if they didn’t get paid again but fortunately they did but you don’t need that stress while your supposed to be relaxing!

Booked for 3 nights so depressing. Had stayed 4 times before when it was called Alborada. The place has gone so bad, dont go. The food was chips with everything, but nothing much more. Lack of drinks. Paid for internet, which never happened. No entertainment, only Spanish TV. I couldn't wait to go. .
