“ Excellent location and hotel is comfortable, well kept and everything you'd hope and expect. The little extras such as hot breakfast with plenty of other choices gives you a good meal to start the day, free internet access and wi-fi is useful as well as the take out breakfasts if your in a rush. The hotel is rather pricey but standard for the area. You'd struggle to find a cheaper alternative without compensating on quality, location or both. The only negative which was a minor inconvenience was the slow and sometimes frustrating lift. If your on a high floor there might be a few minutes wait each time if you really don't want to or can't walk. Otherwise definately recommended.
“ Top Tip: Keen's steakhouse nearby is a must, pricey but quality. Rooftop bar 230 Fifth also worth a visit, excellent for a drink and the views are spectacular.

“ Really pleased with our hotel, all staff pleasant and really helpful (especially Miriam) on reception, the hotel was really clean and the location was brilliant for all site seeing and shopping. The breakfast had a plenty of variety and a good standard too. My only negative would be that for four adults the room was a little small, but to be expected i'm told for a city hotel, Otherwise overall I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone, and would definately stay there again myself.
“ Top Tip: Do try the food at Cafe R across the street from hotel, food really tasty, eat in or take out.

“ The hotel is in an excellent location. Just a few minutes from Penn Station, Macy's and Times Square. Reception staff very helpful. Advised on the open top bus tour which really made our stay... The breakfast was adequate and tea/coffee is available 24/7 (free of charge). The room was a double queen, was cleaned each day. Good value for money and would stay there again.
“ Top Tip: The open top bus tour at $54 is a must. You can "hop on and off" the bus throughout the varied routes. The ticket last 3 days which is sufficient to enable you to see the main sights.
