The resort is made up of a private community of recently built and very spacious 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses, each with two bathrooms and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining area and living room equipped with 50” LCD television, home cinema, DVD and CD player. The private terrace, fitted with mosquito nets, is furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs and a Jacuzzi. The bedrooms are situated on the second floor with the master bedroom featuring a 30” LCD television and en-suite bathroom.
Resort facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi, a children’s play area and a private lake surrounded by a walking/jogging trail. Within the resort Clubhouse is a reception, a bar with a pool table, a cyber café, games arcade and a gym. Free guest services include car parking, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse and the “Team Marina” kid’s club, which will keep children from four years old happily entertained while adults enjoy their leisure time.
A hire car is recommended in order to fully enjoy the main attractions in the area: Disney: 5.5 miles/9 km, International Drive: 15.5 miles/25km, Universal Studios: 18.65 miles/30 km, Wet ‘n’ Wild: 17.07 miles/30 km, Sea World:14 miles/22 km, Prime Outlets: 19.08 miles/28 km, Falcons Fire Golf Course: 9.3 miles/15 km, Orange County National Golf Course: 9.6 miles/15 km.

“ stayed in a two bed townhouse it was clean modern and with everything you needed for a great holiday.the hot tub was great and could be used at any time because the heat control was easy to use and the tub nice and warm all the time.the staff were great and we will definately be back

“ These are beautifully presented apartments in a quiet well-maintained resort. The clubhouse has 2 swimming pools and 2 spa-pools (in addition to the apartment's own hot tub) plus bar, games room etc and free wifi. It is convenient for all the major Orlando attractions, with Disney being the closest at about 5 miles East along the 192, and Seaworld and Universal just a little further afield via the I-4. Our only niggle was that the kitchen isn't particularly extensively equipped for cooking.

TOWNHOUSE VERY MUCH. EXCELLENT DECOR AND EXTREMELY CLEAN. GOOD FACILITIES AND THE STAYED COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. EXCELLENT SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND ENCANTADA TO ANYONE. THE ONLY
DISADVANTAGE WOULD BE IF YOU DIDNT HAVE A CAR AS THE ACCOMMODATION IS A GOOD 20 MINUTES FROM THEME PARKS, ETC,

“ We stayed here with our three teenage children (17,15,12) from 18th - 25th July and we had a wonderful time. The accomodation was excellent. It was very clean, very well equipt, with everything in our house appearing to be brand new. It was great to have our own washing machine and tumble dryer to use - free of charge. The one or two minor issues that we encountered (phone not working) were dealt with immediately by the caretaking staff. There was a hot tub in our back porch although we made full use of the two communal pools within the complex. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and they really went out of their way to help us with any queries we had. Our children greatly enjoyed the games room facility and also the free use of internet within the computer room. The pool was good and there were always plenty of free sun loungers.
“ Top Tip: Close to all ammenities but you do need a car.
