“ Very good hotel. Receptionist extremely friendly & helpful when we checked in. Breakfast also very good - the english breakfats was cooked to order, unliked the poor buffets that you get in most so called 4 star hotels. The location is also very convenient as the hotel is situated right beside Manchester Piccadilly Station.

“ Excellent Hotel. Extremely friendly and approachable staff. The cooked breakfast was also top notch - not the usual buffet rubbish. It was cooked to order which made a pleasant change. The only minor gripe would be that it was difficult to find. There is no sign at the front of the hotel.
