This is a top class hotel in a top class location. The room i stayed was was extremely spacious with a very large ensuite. It is located on Oxford street and is only 5 minutes from the nearest tube station. Staff in the hotel are very professional and look after ones every need.
The only down side for me was that there were "ladies of the night" operating in the bar and foyer which the hotel staff were aware of but turned a blind eye to!!

“ Escalator was broken so we had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs upon arrival and leaving as no member of staff informed us of the other lift available that could of helped us to do this or offered to help us carry them.

Very good hotel, easy and quick check-in for our party of three people, and two of us were up-graded to an Executive room as we had requested a Twin room and they had none available in the standard rooms.
All staff were very polite, professional and helpful during our 3 day stay especially the porters.
The location could not have been better for our first trip to London, right off Oxford Street, near all the big stores and so close to Tube stations for sight-seeing.
Perfect location for shopping/sight-seeing trips to London, would defintely stay there again.
