“ The Hotel was a very friendly welcoming and extremely clean. Very modern and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was very valueable for money.The customer service was second to non and you got free hot cookie on arrival which was a nice touch especially having come off a flight and took the hunger away.

The Adriatic Hotel offers hotel services at B&B prices providing that home from home atmosphere. All our rooms are en-suite and serviced daily. Groups of up to 25 can easily be accommodated, the buzzing city centre is a fantastic place for stag and hen parties and Leeds United's Elland Road Stadium is a 13 minute drive away. Situated a stones throw from Chapel Allerton, a lively suburb of Leeds with fantastic wine bars, restaurants and cafes. The location of The Adriatic is ideal for the tourist or business traveler.

The Queen Hotel has undergone a major refurbishment to the bar, dinning area and all the bedrooms. Designed to a high specification, it has a warm contemporary twist, whilst retaining many of its traditional features.
