“ Friendly attentive staff, room very clean and comfortable. However, we were put in a small back room with no view, and the sound proofing was awful. There was a very amorous couple through the wall who were awake the whole night., which really spoilt our (expensive) experience of a stay in a 4 star hotel.

THE ROOM VIEW LOOKED ONTO A WALL OF THE ADJOINING BUILDING ABOUT EIGHT FOOT AWAY THEREFORE NOT A GREAT VIEW. CONSIDERING THE COST i WOULD AT LEAST EXPECTED A BETTER VIEW OR HAD A FOOTNOTE TO THE BOOKING REGARDING LACK OF VIEW. WOULD HAVE BOOKED ELSEWHERE IF I KNEW THE ROOM LOCATION.
OTHERWISE VERY CENTRAL, ROOM OKAY OTHER THAN VIEW AND GREAT BAR ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL WITH GOOD FOOD.
