the hotel was clean and friendly, with a good self service breakfast. However we stayed in the room on the top floor, and it felt cold compared with other rooms. The water pressure was also poor. The bed linen was clean and of good quality.
I feel that for the room we had it was over priced, in comparison with other rooms at the hotel.
“ Top Tip: bus stop outside of the hotel was very good with buses to the town centre arriving frequently. The walk to the town centre was about 30-45 minutes

My stay was wonderful. It's quiet tho on a direct bus route into the city centre. Room was immaculate, had great towels and soaps, a fantastic breakfast and very pleasant staff who are very warm and helpful.
I will enjoy returning there when I stay in Edinburgh.
