“ on arriving i was supprised bit entrance to appartments they sit right on top of tescos express so people always hanging around outside,,reception staff was only ok,,lift was a bit tacky with broken buttons,,we were on third floor,on entering our room the first thing i noticed was the stench of smoke{i dont smoke}so had to go buy scented candles,reception staff offered air freshner..the floor was never washed it was filthy phone on wall was broke and no hairdryer also carpet in bedroom was smelly and dirty,,would i stay there again i think i would...
