“ the stay was great, staff were very helpful. we may have liked to be offered fresh towels and sheets but that was a small thing. We would stay in this apt again and would recommend to friends.
“ Top Tip: Just ask for a taxi at reception. taxis come very quick.

“ It was great, wanted to retreat on valentines day of nightmare couple time, and was given a beautiful two bedroom apartment with balcon - I cant thank stay city enough for a wonderful stay, everything was really clean, and staff were not over inquisitive - no oh your on your own, or where is the other person, no stuffy remarks about incidentials, absolutely brilliant, so convenient to the city, so great for chilling out and absorbing some city space - spot on thank you
“ Top Tip: If you need anything --- just walk out the door turn left, and within 5 minutes you have every convenience, entertainment you want - quality restaurants, not far to china town, and stress free travel, with parking in rear if necessary or there is picadilly station car park also

“ All seemed fine at first. Until when we came back security had let loads of people into our room and wouldn't let me or my friends go up as there was already 5 people in the room. Had to wait hours for this to get sorted whilst the staff in reception were just laughing at their tv. Truly and awful place. Shame though as the room was actually quite nice.
