Built in 2008, this holiday village complex, conference and business hotel consists of 280 rooms with a capacity of 800 people, and a conference centre with a capacity for 1500 people. Additionally, this air-conditioned establishment provides guests with a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, a kiosk and a hairdressing salon. There is also a cafe, a bar, a pub, a disco, games room, TV-room and a restaurant at the hotel. Internet/WLAN access. There is a car park available for guests arriving by car and younger guests will be able to take advantage of the mini-club and play area.

Hotel Altinersan is located in Altinkum resort center and is 100 meter from the Altinkum beach. Hotel Has 76 rooms. Each room has 2-4 beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, a Balcony, AC , TV, and a Fridge (AC and fridge payable locally) There are two lifts 1 for each block. There is a big Swimming pool with a seperate children's section. There is Restaurant Cafe Bar available in the hotel.
“ Good hotel for price. Only real problem was lack of hot water, particularly on last day when no hot water [no water atall] came from hot tap or shower! Staff very friendly and attentive.

Garden of Sun is a brand new hotel located in Didim. It offers many features and facilities for the whole family such as Turkish baths, sauna, swimming pool with water slides and various restaurants. The hotel is located just 400 m from the beach, 1 km from the center of Altinkum and 100 km from Bodrum-Mila airport.
“ This was my third stay in the hotel and I think it is worth the money however, I do prefer it in the earlier and later months of the year. It's extremely noisy when there's lots of children in the summer months.

Sancar Kardia is located only 10 meters from the best beach of Aegean coast of Turkey called Altinkum ( GoldenSand) 3 star Sancar Kardia has 67 rooms 38 of which are sea and pool view.Each room has 1 double and 1 single bed, large wardrobe, TV, Air-Con, Dressing table and bahtroom. There is a corner bath suit with shower and hair-dryer in every bathroom. It has a 25 meters long pool which makes it the biggest pool around the area. There are 3 bars on the premises one on the roof one by the pool and one indoor. Roof restaurant has the best view of the Altinkum beach and even Bodrum can be seen.It has 2 conferance rooms, one game room which consist of pool tables, internet cafe, two table football, darts, card games area,chess etc. Sancar Kardia also offers wedding reception on its roof restaurant and other special occasions.

Renovated in 2003, this 4-storey hotel comprises a total of 73 rooms of which 20 are single rooms and 53 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, lifts and a car park. Dining options include a cafe and an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant and guests may take advantage of the room service facility.
“ This was our fourth time to this resort over the years and third time in this hotel. Top marks for the location and staff, foods ok wouldnt do half bored though not enough choice on the menu. Rooms are clean but dated and could do with a few quid spending on them, pools not massive but ok for the hotel.

Popular with families, this aparthotel has an outdoor pool with separate children's section, a small grocer shop, restaurant, pool bar (open 24hrs) and garden bar. In addition there are 2 panoramic lifts, one by the pool area and the other inside.
“ It was our first time in Turkey and we were amazed at how friendly the people were. The hotel has everything you need and was in a central location for shops and restaurants. The apartments are what you would expect for the price you pay; basic but comfortable and clean.
