“ Jus back from holidays,four days ago.The hotel was more,than we expected.Its clean,towels changed every day,breakfast simple,but good enouth.Swimming pool was clean and eating garden really nice.We want to say big thanks to all the staff,very friendly and helpfull people.Big thanks to Lorenzo.If we will be back to gumbet next time,definetly going to stay in this hotel.

Reception: Helpful and considerate at all times.
Breakfast: Bland - would not entice you to eat any further meals during the day.
Pool: Peaceful, no loud music and sometimes hard to find a sun bed.
Staff: Generally helpful.
Bar: Quiet and drinks similar in price to other places
Location: Ideal base for Gumbet
Accommodation: Basic, clean and definitely need air conditioning.

“ A family run hotel, both owners & staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms are basic but adequate for what is needed. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Large eating area, either inside or out. Plenty of choice for breakfast or menu available for other meals. Are always made very welcome when we arrive and have a good send off when we leave.
“ Top Tip: Plenty of bars & restaurants very close by. Beach is a 5 minute walk from hotel.

The Hotel is a pleasent cheerful place,owners and staff very polite and responsive to anything you require or sorted.
The rooms are basic and cleaned daily and the towels/bedding are changed most days,towels daily.
They do have Turkish wedding receptions at this hotel which does take over the bar and restaurant area.There were four in the two weeks we were there,early October.On the plus side we had wedding cake four times,on the down side we could not go out until the wife saw the bride had arrived.
The location is located close to bars restaurants and beach and we never found it noisey.The owner likes cats which I saw five different ones expect a few me ows when eating,some guest feed them.Overall this hotel is good value for what you pay, which could do with a makeover, or it might be that the general tidyness around the gardens pool areas was because it was near the end of season.I was told to avoid D block as the view faces a brick wall.I would go back to this hotel as the location owners and staff made it a pleasent holiday.

Top Tip:
We used the Windy Bay Restaurant close to the beach which gave good value.
If you use restaurants for a full English look at what they offer,some do not include drinks which cost nearly as much as the breakfast.My suggestion would be to use the hotel as they do a very nice one.
One bad point is Bodrum airport,Thomson seem to land all there Bodrum customers within an hour and the airport got very congested.
