This is a really nice hotel within 5-10 mintues walk of central Bodrum but in a quiet location. We booked a land view balcony room but when we arrived we were given a room with no balcony. We asked to be moved and were given an upgrade so we had an extra small room for my son.
There is however a distinct lack of information given at check in regarding what exactly the all inclusive includes. We also found the reception staff over charge for taxi charges so they can use their own staff to do airport runs and they also over exaggerate away some places are to try and get you to a car from them! All the staff, particularly in the restaurant are great with kids, and make such a fuss of them, it's really nice to see.
The food was not great. They try to cater for everyones taste but none of it really goes together! The desserts were lovely and a lot of time and thought had been put into them.
Overall though, we had a lovely holiday and I didn't want to come home.

After reading bad reviews, I was a little worried, but I have to say it was much better than I expected.

Probably better to call it a 4 star hotel. The food was better than OK, but could have been better at times. The main meals were not as varied as the deserts, but on the whole I can't complain. Two or 3 good staff working in the main restaurant

The room was OK, we had a sea view as I heard it was a must. Even on the end of the building we could see the sea, but one of the many decking area's took some of the view. Unfortunately no kettle in the room, so bring your own. The TV wasn't much to talk about, a simple tube TV.

In general, the hotel was clean, modern and had plenty of facilities. Drink on tap from 10am to midnight. A small beach with a jetty to dive off. Warm water even at the beginning of May. A short walk to Bar Street, the town etc.

Would go again, this is Turkey, don't expect the Ritz. I went to so many hotels last year in Turkey and this was more than just fine. A great view from many parts of the hotel, a few good points to take great photos.

Top Tip: staff Find the few good ones and they will help make your stay even better.

I didn't get a reply to an email I sent before the trip, so don't expect a reply even though it is simple courtesy.
