“ We had a wonderful stay at the Kefaluka Resort. The hotel was clean, and well appointed and the staff were friendly and attentive. The all inclusive food was very good with plenty of vatiety and drinks and snacks available all day and evening. The fish night on the friday was the best with fresh paella cooked in front of you. For an extra 10 euros you can book to eat in one of the A La Carte restaurants and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the Italian one - fantastic value. The hotel is well off the beaten track and would not suit anyone looking for nightlife beyond the hotel nightclub and nightly entertainment but a shuttle runs into Bodrum (around 45 minutes away) daily and the town is well worth a visit (especially the beautiful castle). Water sports of all kinds are also available and the spa is free (apart from massages and treatments). The pools are very good with plenty of sunbeds and a separate area with water slides etc for children. The scenery is beautiful and we would highly recommend this hotel.
“ Top Tip: Order Expresso or Cappacino coffee unless you don't mind really weak filter coffee. It is worth getting to the restaurant at the beginning of meal times when it is generally quiet. Not sure that Travel Republic offer tours to Ephesus - we couldn't find details on their website so we hired a car. It is three and a half hours away but well worth going - a truly amazing experience. The day before you leave it is worth asking for late check-out. You have to pay but it is only a few euros and if your flight isn't until the evening it is well worth having the use of your room until 4pm (or 7pm for a bit extra).

“ Nice hotel, spacious rooms and alot of food/drinks offerings. Staff little slow especaially at bars and restaurants. Kids club doesnt seem to do much and we never used it as unclear about schedule. Lifts are painfully slow and often out of service. Overall very pleasant holiday but some improvements needed on service and lifts.

“ you need to be very fıt to get around the grounds with a buggy as the slpoes up and down to the beach are very steep. Not easy wıth very small children as limited safe areas to play and they cannot go to the kıds club untıl 4. However the service and the staff are very very good and the family rooms good.

Disappointed with the Food aspect of the Hotel . In the main buffet restaurant hot food was never hot . For breakfast most eggs were pre cooked and cold . There was a chef cooking only fried eggs if you waited , but wasn`t even there on our last morning . We went into Dinner nearer when it opened at 7 , hoping for the food to be hotter , but it didn`t make any difference . For a new Hotel , I would have thought they would have the facilities to keep food hot !
Also the booking system for the A La Carte Restaurants , a sham . It is good you have 5 to choose from , but you can only book for that evening`s restaurant at 10 in the morning . There are 2 Computers to use to book , but both had broken down . This resulted people queuing from 9 o`clock . Only one person was taking bookings . Why couldn`t another member of staff helped out .Some people got to the front of the queue only to find their chosen restaurant full . This year people were allowed to go to the same restaurant more than once during their stay , again restricting choice . I have read that next year people will be able to use each A La Carte once .
The Maid service was ok . Towels were changed every day , but our bedlinen wasn`t changed at all , during our weeks stay !. Fridge filled with drinks every day . Enough toliet rolls and toiletries .
“ Top Tip: The Dolmus Buses picked people up from the Hotel , which was very handy as we often go on local buses .

“ Fantastic far exceeded expectation despite daughter raving about it when she went in June. Decor amazing and all staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside a la carte system as caused long queues, but worth the wait.
“ Top Tip: No need to leave hotel as hotel had shopping mall and anything else you might need.
