“ This was our best holiday.... It was our first visit to turkey and would highly recommend the susesi luxury resort....the service is outstanding people could not do enough kidS loved it we went with large party around 30 people not one person could not fault hotel it has everything you do not have to go any where staff are amazing we are going back possibly this year and next it is a must.
“ Top Tip: Golf is very good but expensive the are very new to sport it will take time for them to adapt to golf world .belek nice place to shop locals do try to get you in shops a lot can get on your nerves but nice people all trying to earn a penny should learn English ways let us look first then we we as we do best try to have a deal very nice shops a lot of fakes good quality Market Saturday's vert good alround good holiday nice culture found people genuine .

“ Beautiful Hotel with plenty of friendly staff, lovely lagoon style pool area, unfortunately water was too cold so made use of indoor pool only. As it was off season not all restaurants / bars were open, but still no shortage of food and drink all day and all evening. All in all a wonderful Hotel.
“ Top Tip: Invest in a map of the hotel from reception and also a sheet with up to date info on restaurants / bars that are open throughout you're stay.

Not as good as I had been led to believe by previous reviews.....
Initial room, air con wouldn't function propoerly, had to move rooms.
Complained about the pillows (far too big) gave everyone a really crooked neck.
Could never get a sun bed around main pool and AFTER we had booked they impose a 10 euro surcharge for each adult to use a la carte restaurants :-)
Entertainment team not bothered if anyone joined in anything- unfriendly....
On a positive note; rooms nice and big and food quality generally good. Liked pool complex around rooms.

Hotel is geared up for families, plenty of entertainment to keep the kids happy.
Food was first class and staff are very attentive and friendly if you make an effort yourself, as some other nationalities who visit the resort aren't so pleasant to the staff who work so hard, so i think a please and thankyou goes a long way with the staff.
Hotel is spotless and staff are seen working at all hours to maintain this environment.
Would defintely recommend this resort to someone going with a family, though if a couple wish a child free experience, then probably not for them, though the night club on resort is really good and looks the part!
“ Top Tip: Pretty much stayed in the resort during holiday, but went through to Belek for the market on a Saturday which was good if you're into good quality fakes.
