“ The week we were there we were the only English group among many Russians and other Europeans, but we had very little difficulty communicating with the staff, most of which could understand us even if they spoke no English. If you are English and thinking of staying there, learn some Turkish and brush up on your German!! The rooms are smaller than expected and the bathrooms could do with an update but they are perfectly adequate as the rest of the hotel is so fantastic you wont be spending much time in the room. Food selection was awesome, as is all of the outdoor facilities, kids clubs and entertainment. Nothing is too much trouble and they've thought of everything to make your holiday great. The only down side was that things you pay for such as beauty salon and hair salon are in euros and work out quite expensive.
