  • I came here 22nd may for 2weeks with a friend. It was absolutley brilliant were booking to come back in september. The entertainment wasn't that good but it was a nice relaxing holiday. The staff are all friendly and really nice. The beach is amazing and the grounds are magnificant. The food wasn't that good at the beginning but then got much better.

Hi, just returned from Riadh Palms, very very dissappointed. Spent 11 days in an ice box the hotel was so cold maybe great in summer time but nowand there was no lighting in most of the hotel. All the guests were dispersed to dark corners of the hotel which is huge the first room we were in was on the 7th floor along dark and lonely corriders and it had 4 single beds i had requested a double we were changed on request but still had to walk along dark creepy corriders to get to room. The hotel was doing extensive building work throughout my stay and for 11 days I had to listen to a jack hammer creating a hole in the roof of part of the hotel to make a hugh skylight.Ipaid for all inclusive there was no wine in the bar you barely got a glass at dinner the coffe and tea was awful we ended up paying all the time for ours, there was a selection of 8 drinks in the bar and they ran out of vodka and coke and fanta.AWFUL

Top Tip: I love Tunisia and know it well just explore not everyones cup of tea.

this was my second visit ! and will not be my last! all staff from cleaning to top management are friendly and helpful food plentiful and varied to suit all nationalities no limit on all inclusive drinks the only drawback for me was the smoking in lower lounge/reception areas but the hotel is large enough to find smoke free areas eg blue lounge on 6th floor overall fantastic holiday at a very good price

Top Tip: "fixed price"shop/coffee shop 10minutes along the seafront from the hotel coffee shop on 6th floor has fantastic views of the old town banana splits /smoothies/fruit juices are the best in town
