This is hotel is not usually frequented by the English tour operators, but the European ones. Having said that, English was widely spoken and communication was never a problem. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were of a reasonable size, air conditioned and clean.
The food and drink were plentiful, always a great variety on offer as well as themed evenings such as, French, Italian etc.

Top Tip:
Book a taxi from reception and they will take you anywhere you want to go in Tunisia for a reasonable price.
All inclusive is a must at this hotel.

“ The Hotel was reletively clean, the food very good and they upgraded our room without any fuss. Unfortunately the English tour operators do not use this hotel and so we were the only English people there. As a consequence not many of the staff spoke much, if any, English and we had to rely on limited French/German to get by. The children found it difficult to make friends which was a shame and all the animation activities were in French. Having said that we enjoyed our week in Tunisia and would return but not to this hotel.
“ Top Tip: One of the trip organisers arranged a private taxi to take us to El Jem which was about an hour and a half away. We visited an amazingly well preserved Roman Amphitheatre and the nearby museum with it's beautiful mosaics (one ticket got you into both sites).
