Hotel is getting old and would benifit from abit of refurbishment.
Food and entertainment were very good and most of staff were helpfull.
A lot of the sun loungers were broken an required some plastic surgery.
“ Top Tip: Little pub across the road

“ I was given a room on the ground floor facing a tennis court which nobody uses and is an eye sore. A view of nothing where the sun never shines due to location of room. Hotel is too busy for overworked staff to cope. Id have been been better pitching a tent that overlooked something. Staff enter the room unannounced. On returning to my room after lunch I found the door open and a man with a paint brush painting the room. Which I then had to put up with the smell of paint. So after travelling 3000 miles I was dumped in this awful room. I might as well have been in a basement. Would have been better to stay at home than to be in that room hence I was in the room as little as possible other than to sleep. And tnen when the TV comes on with music and adverts telling you in 5 different languages what a great 4 star hotel it is and all the rhings that you cant do. I will be staying in a different hotrl next year and one where they might give me a decent room. Not impressed with this hotel at all.

“ We got a good deal for B&B in this hotel and was not disappointed. It wasn't a fancy 4 star hotel but you got what you paid for. There was massive selection for breakfast - cereals, fuit, yoghurts, pastries, bread, meats/cheese, scrambled eggs and a fry. The pool area was lovely but busy in the mornings, we usually went in the afternoon when it had cleared out a bit. You have to hire the minibar for the week if you want a fridge it is a necessity when its 30 derees there! We went to the night entertainment in the hotel once but it was more for older people!
“ Top Tip: One thing to note is on a map it looks like the hotel is right near the beach however this all surfing beaches with rocks, the sandy coves are either up beside veronicas or nicers ones down towards los cristianos. The safari centre has loads of gorgeous restaurants namely Thai Botanical and The Slow Boat Teppanyaki.
