Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, cafe bar, TV room, laundry service (additional fees apply) and parking spaces.This apartment complex is located near to the centre of the leisure district of Playa de las Americas, only 400 m from the beach and 100 m from the bus station. The Tenerife South Airport is only around 18 km away.The welcoming apartments each have a bedroom with twin beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Each apartment comes with a safe and satellite TV, both for an additional fee.There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated during the winter season. Also, it is possible to play tennis and mini golf (both for a fee).During the high season, the complex charges a deposit at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out once the apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right not to refund this deposit if guests continually cause noise and disturb other guests. There may be many young guests staying at this complex during the high season.

“ good accomodation for the price paid,in ideal spot,10 minute walk to veronica strip and night life,beach porto colon about 15 minute walk.24 hour supermarket just beside you,lots of resturants and bars also,hotel staff very helpful and informative of where to go and what to do,cleaning staff superb,changed towels almost every day also.the beds not so good if you have a bad back when you move the springs hurt your back,they need new mattress!! kitchenette with all the basics microvave,oven/hob,cutlery and cooking utensils,brilliant!!small tv also.can be a bit noisy with the younger crowd so not for the grouchy types haha.bit of a hill on the way back at night but not so bad.

“ it was absolutely brilliant!! it was exactly what you needed and close to everything. you get exactly what you paid for, and probably more. the fact it was so close to everything just made the stay 10times better!! the only thing it didn't have was a double bed which we requested but when your in tenerife thats nothing to complain about :D the pool was great and nice and cold to jump into after lying in the blazing heat!! such a great holiday and the staff were very friendly and cleaned the room everyday!! brilliant!! and i definitely would recommend travel republic as they gave us the cheapest offer too :D
“ Top Tip: i would love to mention everything it was close to but then id be mentioning everything. it is literally 5mins walk from the beach, restaurants, pubs and veronicas strip. there is supermarkets and other restaurants quite literally at your doorstep. the bus station which goes to tenerife south airport is not even a 5min walk. i really could not recommend it more!!!

“ This was a very clean apartment. We had room service everyday and the staff were lovely. It was beside everything. A nice stay close to the bus station were all buses departed to all destinations if your reason for travel is to see the island. Not sutabile for young people or very small children. Ideal for couples.
“ Top Tip: Rosea's restraunt and bar are adjacent this apartment complex and the food was affordable and very tasty. The staff are friendly and I would recomend a visit.

“ Hotel was very reasonable. Ask for TV remote, electric kettle and bottle opener at reception. Very central location with local bus stop directly outside.

Top Tip:
Good Irish pub beside beach with excellent singer.
The only Greek restaurant is nearby too with good food
