The hotel is situated in Playa de las Americas and is surrounded by a large sub tropical garden. Facilities at the hotel include two outdoor swimming pools with a water chute. Built in 2003, this apartment complex features a large 1,000 me garden as well as a total of 180 apartments spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange service and a lift, a small supermarket, public Internet terminal and laundry service (fees apply).
“ Great hotel - clean and good value. We were all inclusive but still had a kitchen and sitting room in our apartment, it wasn't just a bedroom. It is probably more of a family hotel as a lot of the entertainment was for children. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, and the bar closed at 11. However, food was good and varied, and a good range of drinks included

Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, cafe bar, TV room, laundry service (additional fees apply) and parking spaces.
“ My choice of this hotel was two fold. First it's location between the bus stop from the airport and the bars in Las Americas. Secondly the price,although this may have been due to the fact that whilst there I endured the remodelling of the pool area in which was explained to me as "their quiet period".

The apartment complex has been completely renewed and labelled as adults only, adapted to the present times: tasteful, modern and of excellent quality. Offers swimming pool, spa and gym. The pool bar serves drinks and all sorts of light snacks during the day time on its cosy terrace. The elegant indoor bar offers all sorts of drinks within a tranquil atmosphere. The spacious and friendly lobby bar offers all kind of drinks and cocktails full of surprises. Please note that this property is for adults only (16 years or older).
“ Loved the hotel - no children! Wonderful to sit out by the pool with no screaming kids yelling to their parents - peace and quiet. Lovely room with added facility of kitchen - great for having a cold drink in the night from the fridge. Food really good and great service from the staff.
