This hotel was built in 1976 and was completely renovated in 2006. It offers 6 floors and a total of 390 rooms. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a games room and a TV room. In addition, it offers a cosy cafe, bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Medical assistance is also on offer for guests, should it be required. The hotel offers younger guests a playground.This hotel is wonderfully located at the heart of Salou, right in the tourist centre, 10 minutes far from the beach and 3km from Port Aventura Park.An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity. Public transport departs for the centre from a stop approximately 50 m from the hotel.All of the friendly, modern rooms are fitted with an en suite complete bathroom, terrace, magnetic security lock, telephone, satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning in season and optional safe box.The hotel features a pool with a paddling pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols, a gym, pool table, a solarium. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests on the beach. Moreover the Hotel offers a day and night entertainment programme. As optional services, the Hotel offers: Spa zone with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, scotish shower, relax lounge, hairdressers, beauty and massage salon. There is also an Internet corner and souvenir shop.A cot is included in the price. The air conditioning in the rooms will be available from 15/06 to 15/09.

the hotel itself is of good standard however the rooms are very unsatisfactory.
Staff/Restaurant/Lobby/Corridors were very satisfactory.
The room cleanliness was a big downfall to our stay. Reason for this being is air - conditioning was faulty, cracks in the tiling on the floor and walls, mould growing on the grout in the bathroom.
We stayed in the hotel for 12 days and during our 12 day stay, the bed linen had not been changed once!
Another problem we came across was bed bugs which for a 3 star hotel or any hotel for that matter was totally and utterly unacceptable!
I would advise nobody to give this hotel your business.

“ hotel was resonable, food and drink was good, bed were uncomfortable, there was a spring sticking up out of the matress i selpt in, waiting staff were not that helpfull, did'nt recieve a wake up call that we requested a night before, hotel was very central, which was good!

“ The hotel was well situated, close to shops, beaches bars and restaurants. The bus stop right across the road was very handy if you do any of the Bus Plana tours or to get the bus to Port Aventura (highly reccommended). The room was basic but clean and was cleaned daily. No tea/coffee facilities or mini fridge in room which would have been great but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

“ Stayed here for 10days in June 2011. Best holiday I have ever had. Hotel is fabulous 4 pools to enjoy Loads of space and sun loungers available. Entertainment good for the children something different every night. from dancers to kareoke and games for the adults great fun if you join in:) Restauaunt has buffet for all meals great selection of food that is of good standard can get repeitive if you eat there every night. All inclusive is great value especially if you bring children. My son made loads of friends as did we. Staff nice and friendly and have great english. Loads to do in the town lovely beach, portaventura well worth a visit something to do for all children of all ages and for the brave adults Evening passes good value. all in all a great destination and hotel
