“ stayed here for nine nights. travelled with my partner and child and my sister her husband and 2 kids this was my sister honeymoon on arrival i checked in fine but when my sister went too she was told there was no booking for her the lady on receptionist was very rude and basically told us to go and sort it ourselfs as she wasnt going to as there was no booking and that was it. my sister had her hotel voucher and i explained that it clearly said paid on it but she still didnt want to know i had to ask for the manager instead who told me i would have to ring travel republic myself i explained i couldnt without a phone so she allowed me to use the hotel one after an hour and a half of ring travel republic 3 times it was sorted and she was allocated her room however the receptionist offered no aploigises or anything i even mentioned my sister been on honeymoon and she was upset over her room delay and she didint even answer me very very rude. the rooms are basic cleanned each day though. walls are paper thin could here everthing next door. eat at the pool bar one day and order nuggets the child was raw in the middle it was disgusting. wouldnt rush back in a hurry as basic it too expensive for basic rooms rude staff and raw food sadly we were disappointed

“ check- in is the worst i have ever encountered but apart from that the hotel is clean and friendly. breakfast great dinner not that sure. facilities are good, quite far away from local salou would of preffered to be closer.
