We are a small and friendly bed and breakfast, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. We stay a 50 metres from the sandy beach. We work with erasmus world, we have a special discounts for Erasmus Students. The ground floor bar area also has internest access and satelite TV and wifi free charge , pool table.

We provide umbrellas and beach towels free for our customers. We offer basic, good value accommodation , We have microwave, fridge and warm water at the lobby of the hotel for community use For SMART travellers they are the SIMPLE way to holiday in Spain. SMART because you are looking for a Spanish holiday full of Memories to treasure, Adventures and new experiences, Real culture, local cuisine and the Time to explore and to travel as you wish. “ Very conveniate very nice for couples night is ok. Mainly dominated by foriegn people and lots of things to entertain you in palma. The receptionist r very freindly and helpfull. Good place to go even though im from a british jamaican background and i would recommed it for the price. It was clean, food is great and the spanish r freindly. If i can enjoy my self day or night anyone can! Note if you r more ov a day person come here! If your a night person go to magaluf or ibiza. Im from harlesden bless

“ Top Tip: A long strip between the beach and clubs very lively during the day good seenary and beach which is long plus lots of activities the place is. ood to relax and chille. I also think spain is cheap but drink first before you go put to the night life on a tipsy level not on a drunk level

“ Managers were very helpful and accommodating - helped us to organise day trips out and helped with bus numbers etc. Room was basic but clean, with a balcony which was lovely to sit out on (although v. close to adjoining room). There are signs that say quiet after 11pm, but this rule was ignored by ignorant guests on the last night of our stay, meaning we were kept up until 2am by a loud drinking game -our only complaint would be that nothing was done by management about the excessive noise. Overall a really nice stay, though, within really easy reach of bars, restaurants and the beach!

“ Top Tip: Good restaurant just around the corner (Bar 1992)- 5euro for a 12inch pizza and amazing Sangria! Staff were fantastic too.
Take the 52 bus into Palma city for a day. buses are really frequent.
Don't get stung on expensive taxi fares - take the 51 bus from / to airport - there's a stop 20 metres from the hotel!
