Renovated in 2006, this complex is set amidst 2,000 me of gardens, and offers a total of 205 apartments spread over 2 floors. “ Really enjoyed this holiday although when first arrived was put at the very end of the complex in a apartment with a road at the front and the back of us I complained as the room wasn't used in a while and smelled a bit and the next morning we were moved to another room with a pool view. Sofa beds don't pull out they are a concrete slab with a padded cushion ontop. We went all inclusive the food was fab n had a great selection to choose from, entertainment was great for the child but suited more so under 12 only because it was a quiet enough time of year. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially smiley( the baldy dude in the bar). Definitely will return here :-)

“ Very nice hotel, I would give 4- stars to this hotel. Beach is slightly far 700m but if you have a car it`s not a big problem. Staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasant.

“ Fab holiday for my our family of five. Entertainment was excellent for the kids, thanks to mark and the gang. Food was delicious and the chef popped out to see us every evening. From an Irish mothers view point it was a super apartment complex with a very happy relaxed atmosphere. Thank you!!!

The Flora Hotel was spotless. a typical spanish hotel/apartment set up the hill from the harbour in the old part of Puerto del Carmen. The staff were pleasant and tried hard to please. they were constantly cleaning and it showed.
The water in the pools was freezing, i only ventured in once as it was just too cold - so recommend they heat it, even just a bit. we could not put our clothes in the wardrobe because of the fusty/damp smell but i think this is just down to the weather and the rooms really not getting enough air.
Near the top of the hill the hotel did leave us breathless but we decided to walk of the food and drink and managed to walk home most evenings.
Anyone with walking difficulties would not be advised to go here.
