This one-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 67 apartments. Guests may make use of the pool and garden area, a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes and an Internet corner. There is also a cosy bar, a TV room and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area to be found within the hotel. Bicycle rental is also on offer to guests. This apartments are located in on of the peaceful side streets and is right in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen.

A beautiful sand beach is only 600m away. The various shopping facilities and entertainment venues in the lively centre can be reaced within only a few minutes on foot. A bus stop may be found only 600 m from the hotelThe tasteful apartments come with an en suite bathroom, a combined living and bedroom, a separate bedroom, telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. Additional fittings include a minibar/fridge, a kitchenette, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. In the hotel grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.

It is also possible to make use of the gym or pay a visit to the sauna. Furthermore, it is possible to play a game of billiards/snooker or table tennis (incurs an additional fee). The nearest golf course can be found approximately 14 km away.

“ i have rated the appartments excellent, which they are, but i must tell you about the hotel bar, it was the worst one i have ever experanced, the lady who ran the bar was arrogant, unwelcoming, the food was expensive and bad, it spoiled a very very good complex

“ Spacious apartments with plenty of storage, good size bathroom with large mirror. New towels supplied twice during week.

Uncomfortable beds, mattress not smooth.

Apartments cold in bad weather but blankets were supplied on request.

Not too far a walk from beach but would choose somehere a little nearer if we return.
