The hotel facilities include a games room (billiard fee), TV lounge, Internet corner, Wi-Fi, laundry service, medical center, massage service, restaurant buffet with live cooking non-smoking, snack bar at the pool and lounge bar.
The hotel is located in the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Only 1.5 km from Los Pocillos beach, 7 km to the airport of Lanzarote and 100 m from the shops, bars, restaurants & nightlife. Its privileged position, with unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean.
They all have mini-refrigerator, bathroom with hairdryer and shower o bath, direct telephone line, satellite tv with music chanel, safe deposit box (local charge) air conditioning o heating, terrace or a balcony. Cot counts as one person. The most of the rooms have sea view. Daily cleaning & towel change, linen change 3 times a week. Baby cots are available. Double bed on request. Rooms adapted for guests with disabilities.
Guests will be provided with game room and outside swimming pool for adults and children's pool (both heated in winter) surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, towels serrvice with deposit, outdoor jacuzzi and mini club with playground.

“ This is a very well run hotel and this was our second visit, on a half board basis. The staff are very friendly especially in the restaurant where the food was very good. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well equiped ie. fridge, tv, couch etc. The down side, not too sure about the all inclusive, I think it can bring a noisy crowd.

if you are looking for a quiet, well organised hotel in lanzarote, this is the one.
we went half board and the food was very good. our room was very clean and spacious also the beds were comfortable with a decent pillow. the pool (heated) area was great with ample sunbeds in a very good condition. i have to say that, all staff without exception were polite and helpful even though they were very busy as the hotel was quite full. not sure if young people would find this hotel suitable, due to its location and peacefulness. although it is set in a quiet area, you are near a bus stop and taxi service (which is very reasonable). will definitely go again.

“ Food under cooked. Variety was good but wasn't aimed towards Irish or English people. Wasn't satisfied with the food at all, the hotel used leftovers from dinner the evening before for breakfast. About 50% off the hotel staff weren't very helpful or pleasant. Room cleaning was at different times everyday. If you wanted to lye beside the pool in the shade you'd have to be lucky to get a umbrella beside one of the sun loungers.
“ Top Tip: If your going to stay at this hotel go all inclusive because if you don't the hotel staff won't acknowledge you.
