The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach during the day, while it is next to the prestigious Puerto del Carmen, 5 km from the Timanfaya National Park and 15 km from the International Airport of Arrecife.
“ Location is very scenic. Calero is small but very nice with a good selection of restaurants and a few bars only 5 mins from the hotel. The layout and appearance of the hotel is first class. Wherever we sat during the day the place seemed quiet and relaxing even though all the loungers were full.

“ hotel excellent,we had a massive 1 bedroom apartment room 2016 at back of complex,massive balcony too,you could fit 2 sunbeds on too,we stayed self catering so cant comment on food but other guests said food was good,snacks availiable at pool bar all day which were good(burgers,hot dogs,pizza etc reasonably priced.

Renovated in 2006, this complex is set amidst 2,000 me of gardens, and offers a total of 205 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, cafe, bar, TV room, small supermarket, hairdresser, an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area, Internet terminal (for an extra fee), kids' club for children between 4-12, children's playground and parking spaces. A laundry service is available.
“ Took a 4 night all inclusive break at the Flora. Found the hotel to be clean and well kept. We were situated across the road from the main building accessible via a tunnel under the road. There was a separate pool on this side but not suitable for children as water was 6 ft at its shallowest.

These apartments are ideally placed in the centre of the busy resort, so are more suitable for those wishing to have a more lively atmosphere. On the complex there is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace as well as a separate pool for children and a snack bar.
“ Our first visit to the Elena Apartments ..we were in the block at the rear of the resort which was very quiet throughout the day and night. The apartment was clean and well equipped beds were comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful. We would be very happy to go back again.

The 349 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, ambient music, telephone, safety deposit box, luxurious bathroom (with telephone) and a hairdryer. All the rooms have either a balcony or terrace with a magnificent view of the pool and gardens. Five rooms with wheelchair access are also available.
