The Sol Lanzarote hotel offers a peaceful beachfront location in Matagorda, simple self catering accommodation and plenty of entertaiment and activities, just perfect for families. Shopping Centre 200 meters away. Bus stop 100 meters from the hotel. 3 km distance from Puerto del Carmen, 5 km from the airport, 17 km from the Costa Teguise golf course, and with easy access to the most important tourist attractions on the island.
“ Rooms nice bright and airy could use a TLC, right next to the beach, close to all amenities, great hotel to go self catering, would go back to the hotel. Pool too cold for winter holidays a bit of heating would have made all the difference.

The Hotel San Antonio has been a very popular holiday choice with the UK and Irish guests for many years. This friendly hotel is extremely well situated right on the beach and just at the end of the main promenade through Puerto del Carmen. The hotel has everything within easy reach, yet is not right in the centre of resort. The hotel is very attractively and comfortably furnished and all rooms have full bathrooms. There is a lovely swimming pool, right by the sea, surrounded by sun terraces and sunbeds, where guests can enjoy a cooling drink from the pool bar while relaxing in the sun. Meals are breakfast and dinner and are buffet style, with a wide selection to choose from. On the beach guests will find all kinds of water sports, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing. In both the resort of Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town guests will find lively day and night life, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
“ The San Antonio hotel is well situated for those who want a quick start to their holiday - only 10 mins by taxi from the airport - to refreshing walks along the beach and the seafront. The coastal side of the seafront has fewer shops and a wider pavement and you have a sense of space.

Jable Bermudas apartments are located in the very heart of Puerto del Carmen, just 150 metres form the main sandy beach and 200 metres from a good selection of bars, pubs restaurants and 500 metres from the fishing harbour. There is a supermarket conveniently located next door. This spacious and recently renovated family complex offers one-bedroom apartments for up to three people. The hotel consists of 120 renovated, comfortable and well-equipped apartments with balcony or terrace (some of them with excellent views to the sea). Each apartment has a lounge / dining area, sofa bed, bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, two cooking rings and fridge), satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box and baby cot on request. Maid service three times a week, bed linen change once and towel change two times a week. The guests should take into consideration that some of the rooms are specially adapted for the handicapped. These apartments are ideally placed in the centre of the busy resort, so are more suitable for those wishing to have a more lively atmosphere. On the complex there is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace as well as a separate pool for children and a snack bar.

Renovated in 2006, this complex is set amidst 2,000 me of gardens, and offers a total of 205 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, cafe, bar, TV room, small supermarket, hairdresser, an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area, Internet terminal (for an extra fee), kids' club for children between 4-12, children's playground and parking spaces. A laundry service is available.
“ If you are thinking about self catering then equipment is very limited. We had to ask for a tin opener and a sharp knife as well as more cups and plates for our family. If you want basic equipment for the room such as a toaster or hair-dryer or even the TV !! - then you have to pay extra for this and it is expensive.

“ Only staid here for 4 nights,the pool area was very modern well kept and quiet, the staff at the bars and were very helpfull and friendly,never used the main restaraunt which looked very nice,the the accomodation was very modern although quite small and a bit dark.
