This apartment hotel comprises a total of 116 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The building surrounds the swimming pool area, meaning that parents must keep their children under close supervision whilst relaxing at the complex. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. On-site facilities include lift access, a games room, a children's playground, a café, a bar, a breakfast room and a dining room, as well as Internet access (fees apply).
This fantastic apartment hotel is situated in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria, between the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico and with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A daily local bus service provides access to both beaches and to the main centre of town, which is around 1.5 km away. The Europa shopping centre is, however, only 100 metres away and features plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The island's capital, Las Palmas, is approximately 60 km away, and Gran Canaria Airport is roughly 45 km from the accommodation.
These are well-equipped apartments that feature an en suite bathroom with a bath, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and two-ring electric hob. Ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and main bedroom, and additional facilities include coin-operated satellite/cable TV, safety deposit boxes, a sofa bed, a coffee table and a terrace. The complex includes apartments which are suitable for disabled guests.
The complex has a large heated outdoor swimming pool, a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar where guests may purchase convenient refreshments. Guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace, or they can participate in an aqua fit class. Massages are available, and guests can play pool/snooker for a fee. Entertainment programmes are provided for adults and children, and guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the Anfi Tauro course, which is around 2 km from the establishment. The nearby sandy beach features sun loungers for hire.

“ This is not at all suitable for self catering people, if you are happy to sit by the pool and drink from 11am to 11pm this is the spot. A hotel runs kids club as advertised was non existent, and the man at reception is the most ignorant man on the planet. Kids were left to run wild at the pool side with not one of the rules on the wall being adhered to. One plus was the night time entertainment was indeed v good, as was Pete the entertainer during the day, other than that would not recommended. You have to get a taxi everywhere, taxis at the Europa Centre will take 5 to the beach or Puerto Rico Centre but the taxis there refuse to take more than 4, it was a pure joke.

“ Eden Apartments were a great choice of stay! The rooms were great, having everything that you could possibly need. The hotel staff were great too, being very friendly and helping us with anything that we needed. The pool was also good, having entertainment and music during the day, as well as the all-you-can-eat buffet for only €7 right beside it! Although being very close to the nearest social hub, Eden Apartments were very quiet at night, ensuring that everyone got a good night's sleep!
“ Top Tip: In the Puerto Rico Shopping Centre, which is only a short taxi drive away and costing approximately €3.80, there are great restaurants such as the Miami Steakhouse and a great all-you-can-eat chinese buffet called The Wok. Puerto Rico Beach is also worth a visit, as well as taking the ferry out to the markets at Mogan, which only costs €10 return.

“ The 2 bed apartment was very spacious inside and out and had everything we needed. There are extras to pay for such as tv, safe and proper air conditioning unit but we were fine with ceiling fans in sitting room and main bedroom. Our son got on fine in his room by leaving window open as there were bars making it safe. We went half board and the food was well cooked and there was something for everyone... we thought the evening menus improved the 2nd week and the chicken in garlic oil was absolutely wonderful. However in hindsight was should have gone SC as our 18yr old met up with some other lads and he ended up missing quite a few meals. The supermarket on site has everything and is not expensive and also the hotel restaurant's menu was good value and the buffet food that is for HB and AI could be bought as well.There is also a shopping centre called Europa nearby that had lots of restaurants. The staff all said hello and both receptionists especially Kim were very welcoming and helpful. The chambermaids called every other day and made beds etc and were very good when Son was having a lie in and did not disturb him. Restaurant staff also very pleasant and worked long hours. There was plenty of varied entertainment that kept all ages happy. We would visit again and have already recommended the apartments since being back.
“ Top Tip: The Europa Centre had a good selection of bars and restaurants. Cheapest bar for beer was Extreemz, where during the day you could get a pint of lager for 95c. Had a few lunches and 2 evening meals in different places which were good and great value.

Great staff, very friendly. Nice pool area and playground, complex is well maintained. Very high up in the resort of puerto rico and the beach, but a pleasant 25 mins walk downhill and a €3.50 taxi fare back. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 min walk.
Stayed in 2 bed apt, plenty of room for the 3 of us, with nice patio area. Bathroom needed updating, tho was functional. Tv was being upgraded when we were staying. This is a paid extra, as is the safe in the room, which is a bit mean I think!
Stayed here in January, a few families and older clients staying, so was nice and quiet around the pool etc. Had requested a room away from the bar, which does have entertainment every night, and this was accomodated. Would hear the music etc if near the bar, but it finishes early enough anyway.

Top Tip:
In the town of puerto rico, there is a restaurant called Planet, excellent steaks for less than €8! Also a very good Chinese restaurant upstairs in the Europa shopping centre.
Went to Aquapark, about an hour on the bus and about €25 quid each. It was a cloudy day in January, and the water was FREEZING!! Would investigate before going, as was a big waste of time n money for us!!
