The hotel was built in 1993 and completely renovated in 2002. It consists of a total of 195 rooms of which 57 are singles and 138 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, a small supermarket and lifts. Dining options include 2 cosy bars as well as a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and outdoor terrace. In addition, Internet access (for an additional fee), a games room, a TV room, laundry service and a children's playground are all available to guests. Business guests may wish to make use of the 3 conference rooms.

The complex comprises a total of 273 apartments, set in a main building and various 2-storey annexe buildings, with a lobby area with shared 24-hour reception situated in the main building. Access to the resort is restricted by a barrier at the main road entrance. The resort is divided into 3 main areas: the swimming pool is located in the complex's upper area, whilst the reception is to be found next to the main entrance. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a cafe, a mini supermarket and a bar. It also offers a games room, a restaurant and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service and there is a car park for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground (charges apply).

Newly renovated this complex has 40 apartments, double and single. The reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 with a special check-in outside these hours. The complex has a pool bar that serves tasty meals and a la carte cuisine. The pool is heated between the months of November to March.

Situated amidst a palm garden, the hotel was built in 1989 and consists of 249 double rooms on 9 floors. There is a lobby and a 24 hour reception desk, a shop, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser's salon, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, as well as an Internet terminal, a car park, a garage and a children's playground are all facilities available within the hotel complex. Room and laundry services are also available. Children are supervised and cared for in the kids' club.

Basic apartments in the centre of Arguineguin. Apartments in the centre of Arguineguin. Los Marinos is a small apartment complex with a patio where you find flowers and canary birds. No elevator. On the first floor there is a supermarket and a restaurant (not belonging to the hotel). Rooftop terrace with sun beds. Basic apartments. 2 bedroom apartments with balcony. 3 bedroom apartments without balcony. Sofa bed as extra bed. Kitchenette with basic equipment. Dining area, bathroom/shower. TV (extra charge). Reception with limited opening hours. Marinero I is situated next to the market place and some noise in the area could be disturbing.
