“ Overall we had a great family holiday, we booked a premier double room upon arrival we were advised that we had been "upgraded" to a deluxe room, which turned out to be a room that had been adapted for a special needs individual and not suitable for a young family. When I asked for our room to be changed to the original room type we had booked I was told there was none available until the next day, after some persistence we eventually got the room we had originally booked and it was a lovely room, great bathroom too! We went B&B as we like to eat in the local restaurants, breakfast was very good, the pool area was lovely and a great kids pool, we went at a very quiet time and there were very few kids, the kids club was not operating which was a little disappointing, there was also no evening entertainment for children/families.
“ Top Tip: there is a spar shop just a five minute walk from the back beech entrance to the hotel, turn right and walk along the prom until you reach the Atlantico centre. Some good restaurants in the town - Fado rock, Fado's and 15 was our fav.

“ The hotel throughout was spotlessly - bedrooms, pool area and public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Spa and treatments very good.
“ Top Tip: Theres a lovely walk along seafront to harbour area - lovely restaurant there. Pieres pub in the town good for entertainment.
