“ Stayed all inclusive for the second time for 1 week - it was great, good food, great selection & plenty of it. We found the staff very friendly & helpful. The hotel is lovely , well laid out etc, however there are a lot of very minor maintanance issues that should be attended. Our 2 visits to the hotel however we specified while booking that we wanted a twin room, on both occassions arrived to find a double room & therefore had a number of changes before we were given a twin room on day 2 both occassions which was somewhat frustrating - the hotel staff were polite & helpful in resolving this. Will return next year again, it's a very enjoyable relaxing location.

“ Having visited the Elba Carlotta twice last year we were a little disappointed this year. The reason we had returned was because they had managed to provide food suitable for coeliacs on our previous two visits. This time there appeared to be a change in management and although most staff were very friendly and helpful we didn't find it easy to get coeliac bread each day- nor was the choice of food as wide as it had been previously. That said, we enjoyed our stay- but the food issue will cause us to look elsewhere next holiday.
