“ The hotel lobby is very impressive when you arrive. The only thing was that the reception staff are very slow to check in and not very friendly. Outside of that it was perfect. The room was beautiful with a sea view and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was perfect with everything you could need. The pool areas were beautiful and the beach is right across the road. Great travel links with the bus and taxis are very cheap. I would definitely stay here again.
“ Top Tip: The promonade is beautiful and the sun loungers on the beach are only 8 Euro per day per couple.

“ We sayed at the Sol Principe at the start of February 2012. We sayed for the first few nights in a double room that had no sun for the duration. So I would advice anyone who is booking to ask for a sunny room especially in the early part of the year as it was very cold out in the balcony due to Siberian winds! The staff are extremely nice and accommodated us when we asked to move. The breakfast was good with great variety. The only thing when booking I did not realise the did not provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would have expecteted as a 4 star hotel that they would have at least provided this. We ended up buying a kettle and cups. The fridge in the apartment was not very efficient either as I tried to freeze some ice and it never frooze! As we had our three year old son with us it was better to put his milk out in the balcony during the night as it was colder than the fridge! The rooms were a good size and extremely clean. In rating the whole experience of the hotel I would give it a 7 out of 10!
“ Top Tip: The hotel was very close to the beach and we found out that it was also very close to the bus and train station if people like to visit other areas of Spain.
