“ Can't get over how good this hotel was for the money...in fact just full stop. Value was so good I felt like I was going to be laughed out of the hotel with my Travel Republic voucher, but no. Everything was as you'd expect for a 5* hotel. Just perfect. Biggest bed I've ever had in my life, very comfortable room, free wi-fi, great service.

Location is not ideal for Ribeira area but taxi should only be about 5-10 euros (it's probably best not to get picked up from the hotel as this will mysteriously jump up to 10-15€).

but closer to the beach and airport and easy access out of the city. Definitely recommend it and the city.

“ We spent a very enjoyable long weekend at Tiara Park Atlantico. Our deluxe
room was well appointed and very comfortable, though of only average size.
The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the centre of Porto, but do not let this
deter you as it is as well to be away from the hustle and bustle, and taxi
fares are inexpensive, being approx 6 euros per trip.
The public areas are very well appointed, and the breakfast selection is
first rate. Saving the best to last, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff.
The reception team are absolutely first rate, arranging trips, sorting out problems with taxis and generally making you feel a valued customer. Excellent establishment, recommended.

“ Top Tip: Restaurante Cufley, 500 metres west of the hotel on Ave Boavista on the
same side of the road was an excellent recommendation by a taxi driver,
but get there early at weekends to avoid queues of local people.
When checking in see if any of the very competitively priced room upgrades are available. Details are on the reception desk. Enjoy.
