This apartment complex was renovated in the year 2010 and comprises a total of a 5-storey main building and 74 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and lifts. In addition, a bar, a cafe, a restaurant, a games room and a TV room are also offered to guests for further entertainment.
“ The 1 bedroom room that we had was a decent size and easily coped with 4 people. The hotel was always clean and the staff was very helpful especially in reception. The breakfast was good and always plenty of sun loungers and a very clean pool.

All the Villas and apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, frigo, micro wave, toaster and electric kettle. All the unities are very spacious with terraces and balconies. Vilanova Resort is one of the longest established resorts in the Algarve. Its 56 villas and 160 apartments, totalling 844 beds are centred around vast matured gardens and one of the largest swimming pools in the Algarve in all covering an area of 9 hectars. Our Snack Bar or our Central Bar is open from 09:00 to 20:00, depending on the season, where you can have light lunches and various snacks throughout the day next to the swimming pool.

“ Agree with other reviews some parts of the hotel require a bit of an upgrade but this was our third stay and it was as good as the first. The staff were pleasant and helpful the turn down service in the evening with chocolates and fresh pillow cases each night what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

“ My husband and I loved this hotel. We were spoilt for choice with the food in the restaurant, the staff were very attentive but not over powering and the rooms were excellent Everything about the hotel and areas outside were spotless. Suitable for families but not noisy and a short walk to the beach. We will definately go back next year.

“ My whole holiday was lovely, very easy to book and easy to receive all the information I needed. The Hotel we chose was amazing had very nice facilities, clean bathroom nice balcony view and room was always cleaned, I had no let downs at all.
