Vilanova Resort is one of the longest established resorts in the Algarve. Its 56 villas and 160 apartments, totalling 844 beds are centred around vast matured gardens and one of the largest swimming pools in the Algarve in all covering an area of 9 hectars. Our Snack Bar or our Central Bar is open from 09:00 to 20:00, depending on the season, where you can have light lunches and various snacks throughout the day next to the swimming pool.

“ apartments have seen much better days. a lot of refurbishment required but you get what you pay for. staff were very friendly (welsh girl). Too many larger louts. definitely not a quiet location or family location.

I was most disappointed with the hotel, we had a people of all ages from 30+ to 70+ on a golf trip and to ask older men to sleep on a piece of concrete with a mattress thrown in for fun was not particularly impressive.
Location was excellent thou

“ the staff were extremely helpful and nice.. The price of the room was very reasonable, the only drawback was it was a little far from the beach and the shower didn't work very well..

“ I could not fault the accommodation. All utensils that you would require were in the apartment and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

“ Too close to the main strip and a busy road. Attracted a lot of stags/hen parties. Noisy. Not enough beds by the pool. Security very lax. Rubbish everywhere when pool drinking competitions finished. Never ever again!!!
