Oceano Atlântico is an architectural gem thoughtfully designed for people in business or leisure. The complex has 180 Apartments (different categories from 2 people to 10 people maximum) with stunning views over the Sea, Monchique Mountains and Portimão town. The design and decoration, give a sense of totally relaxation.

“ We have visited the Hotel Globo several times, always in Feb/Mar. It is invariably quiet then, which is either a good or a bad thing depending on your preference. On occasion we were the only guests taking an evening meal! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well presented and scrupulously clean.

This wonderful apartment hotel is situated on the fringe of Praia da Rocha were the customers can find nightlife, not forgetting a wonderful sandy beach. The Mirachoro II provides all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. Moreover, it provides a courtesy bus service 4 times a day, 6 days a week into the resort centre (1,5 km a way) and nearby Portimao. The hotel is at a distance of about 65 Km. from the Faro international Airport.

Built in 2003, the apartment hotel offers a total of 68 apartments, which are spread over 7 floors. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception, lifts, a cafe as well as a bar. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage (fees apply).
“ Hotel was lovely could't fault it in anyway.Just it took 20min every time u wanted to go into the stripe or town the taxi was a bit steep as we are a family of five no taxi wanted to take us so it meant double fare all the time.

“ We booked a studio but had a ground floor 2 bed apartment. Tired and dated but clean and bigger than we expected, obviously. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the pool was a good size albeit some broken tiles. Car essential in our view.
