Situated on Dam Square, in the heart of Amsterdam's historic centre, NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is conveniently located next to the large department stores and museums. From the Central Railway Station it just takes a five minute walk to. Regularly the shuttlebus to and from Schiphol Airport (a transfer takes approximately 40 minutes) arrives at the hotel's entrance. The Lounge serves coffee, high teas and a delicious lunch or dinner overlooking Dam Square.
In the Golden Palm Bar enjoy a drink before you have dinner in the monumental Restaurant Reflet or Restaurant Shibli Bedouin. Breakfast is served in the breath taking Winter Garden.

“ The Hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, it was welcoming, comfortable, warm and friendly, the breakfast provided was excellent with a huge variety of food for every taste to choose from. The hotel was centrally located which meant you could go out see the sites and then come back to recharge your batteries and go out again. We would highly recommed NH Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel to friends in the future. We had a brilliant time in Amsterdam we will definately be coming back.

“ The Hotel was fabulous and perfect for our stay in Amsterdam, we got a great deal on Travel Republic for 3 nights including breakfast which I have to say was absolutly top notch. The breakfast buffet was one of the biggest I have seen and included something for everyone..its hard not to try a bit of everything! And you defintely would'nt be hungry after it! The hotel is in an ideal location and is easily found as it sits right on Dam Square right in front of the monument which you definetly should have no problem finding..unless you've had one too many of Amsterdams finest! Central Station is a short walk away too which is great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and well equipped and included a mini bar so be careful of the charges! The bathroom was also quite big and had a bath and seperate shower and also had some toiletries such as toothbrush and paste, a razor, a sponge and the usual shower washes and creams which is very handy if you've forgotten to pack any of these! I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is perfect and I hope to get back there again soon :-)

“ we stayed at this hotel and it was lovely, right smack able in the middle of everything, the hotel was very comfortable and staff were very friendly, i would defiantly stay there again.
“ Top Tip: defiantly look around for alcohol pints of Heineken ranged in price from 6.00 to 7.75 alot more than we expected.

“ Excellent location, walked from central station to hotel within 10-15 min, breakfast was included in package and it was yummy, great variety, I was disappointed that on arrival my visa debt card could not be used as deposit for any extra charges for example room services, wifi, mini bar and phone calls that might take place during my stay, they asked that I pay 400 euro cash on day of arrival and I'd get it back on checkout day, I was staying as a party of 4, he dropped it to 200 euro after saying I couldn't afford a lump sum of 400, wifi is only free in Lobby area, mini bar in rooms is computerized so if u move it you'll automatically get charged for it, room was very warm and window opens very little, I'd rate it a 3-4 star hotel.
