“ The hotel was lovely. The cleaning staff however were not so great. They talked (or rather shouted) to each other in the hallways very early in the morning. I'm on holidays and want a rest! When they are cleaning adjoining rooms, they also drag furniture across the tiles rather than lifting them making quite a lot of noise. They forgot to empty our full bin two days in a row. Check out is at 10am in this hotel. On the morning we were leaving they knocked on the door before 9am and came straight in rather than waiting for someone to answer. Not at all appropriate considering my partner was about to shower.
“ Top Tip: The bus stop is very close to the hotel which has buses going straight to the capitol, beaches, the ferries and adjoining towns.

This was our first visit to Malta. Although a little dated this hotel was spotless, with maid service each day.
Our room was spacious with comfortable beds.
The food was excellent with a choice for most people. There is a bar with sports TV & a lounge with live entertainment each evening which was also very enjoyable.
The staff are friendly & helpful. We had no problems here & many of our fellow guests return here year after year & they have no complaints either. I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I would recommend this hotel & would return again.
