The refurbished and upgraded Hotel Bayview is conveniently situated on the Sliema promenade. The Hotel Bayview overlooks the picturesque fortifications, the historical buildings of Malta’s capital city Valletta and the traditional Marsamxetto harbour.
“ We stayed in one of Bayview Hotel's studios. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything neccesary for self catering. The beds were very comfy and we had a small balcony. The views were of roof tops but it was only a short walk to the bay. The studio was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels changed and beds made. The TV only had 2 English programmes, CNN and BBC World news.

“ Hotel was great. A perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Even got a room upgrade as a bonus. Friendly staff and lovely facilities. Will probably go again.

Rocca Nettuno Suites is a modern and yet charming four star boutique style Sliema property, having forty modern suites spread out onto five of its floors. The suites are spacious, and equipped with a vast range of comforts to meet most guest needs. All accommodation levels are serviced by two stairways and two elevators that lead to all floors. The hotel’s entrance area hosts a reception desk that is manned on a 24/7 basis, providing every possible assistance to its visiting guests. At same level are the hotel’s café and food outlets, as well as a cosy TV-lounge. All Wine & Dine areas provide an array of typical Maltese snacks and beverages, and the possibility of a meal within a casual dining ambience. Internet and Wi-Fi facilities are also on hand at ground floor level, for guest and client use
“ A very modern, in style, 'Boutique' hotel, located very handily close to the waterfront at Sliema....and in the best area of town. Plus points: Underground Carpark....vital as parking spaces are at a premium, as in any town.

“ Very friendly & helpful staff. Good food with plenty of choice for breakfast hot & cold. We paid extra for a balcony which was overlooked from all sides & as far as we could see the majority had the same outlook. Room was a good size as was the bathroom.

The 3 * Astra Hotel is an old hotel with very large rooms which have been totally refurbished and completed in 2011 whilst retaining all the characteristics of the fifties. The hotel is not pretentious but comfortable, airy and having plenty of light. The building has been planned to be as eco friendly as possible. The Management of the next door four star Preluna Hotel are responsible for the running of the Astra and assure you of their professional attention. The hotel consists of 36 bedrooms accommodating 100 beds in twins, triples and quadruples. 12 rooms have balcony and a sea view and another 9 rooms have a balcony. The bedrooms are very airy, large with plenty of light. All are equipped with a free Wi-Fi, telephone, LCD T.V., ceiling fan and bathroom with shower cubicle. Breakfast is served in a ground floor restaurant next to the reception lounge. A large sun terrace is available on the top floor.
“ The Hotel was basic but clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room was a large quadruple with 4 single beds, suitable for families with children including teenagers. Good sea view from rooms at the front.
