The hotel was lovely.Just a slight problem-we were asked to take separate single rooms for the first night. We had booked 4 months in advance so this shouldn't have been an issue.When we pointed this out,the matter was resolved and we were set up with a twin room. The breakfast was really nice. It ranged from scrambled eggs,boiled eggs,soft rolls,hard rolls,brown rolls,custard croissants,jam croissants,plain croissants,chocolate croissants,marble cake juices,teas,the list was endless.Salvatore in the bar was very nice.He was helpful and funny.
The staff were very efficient in organising taxis and trips.
“ Top Tip: There's a chinese beside the hotel,it's ok. There are many places to eat.There's a steakhouse not too far away.No shortage of eating places. Every where does pizza and pasta.

“ The Beverely Hills Hotel is a very nice Hotel, however we found the staff were not that friendly or helpful. When we asked for information about where to get to areas they only offered services organised by the Hotel itself. The Hotel while near to the Villa Borgese, is about 45 minute walk from the Colessum, 1 hour and 10 minutes from St Peters Bascialla walking distance and about 35 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. This hotel is not Central. The breakfast was stated as a hot buffet and that was not the case, it was mainly just one option of hot food. It was a continental breakfast with little choice.
“ Top Tip: The Villa Borgese, was beside the Hotel and was amazing, there are several sites in the Borgesese to see and the Zoo was there for children and the Museum of modern art, This park is one of the most beautiful parks we have ever been! A Must see.

“ The hotel was very clean and comfortable, but a little old fashioned. It was also a little bit too far out of town if you wanted to walk anywhere. The continental breakfast was very nice but a bit limited on choice.
“ Top Tip: Terravision buses are really good for getting to and from the hotel/airport and they are cheap.

“ The hotel accommodation is comfortable, clean and reasonably equipped. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Unfortunately on arrival there was no room to accommodate us, despite having booked over 4 months previously. We were conveyed by taxi to an alternative hotel for 1 night and then moved back for the remaining time of our holiday. No explanations given - just a 'problem', but it did spoil our experience.
“ Top Tip: My top tip would be to avoid the neighbouring chinese restaurant. The service was abysmal, the food tasteless and served luke warm.

“ Very pleasant hotel , centrally located and very helpful and professional staff . My only criticism is that my wife and i were given a twin bedded room whereas a double bedded room was what we expected .
“ Top Tip: Great Park Villa Borghese Gardens great for jogging .taking exercise or strolling .
