“ Found Hotel very central to the main train/bus station also tour bus. Staff very helpful did have to ask for tea/coffee for room but supplied with no bother.
“ Top Tip: found restaurant on road next to villafranca called Mamma Angela's pasta very good plus wine at reasonable cost.

My daughter and I have just returned from a stay at the Villafranca. It was a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. The only thing we could fault was the mattresses, which were VERY hard. Having said that, we were so tired at the end of the days walking, it didn't effect our sleep. The hotel is very close to the Metro, which is very easy to use, it has two main lines, A or B, so it makes easy access to all sights. One thing is, it gets very busy and extremely crouded, in high season avoid peak times. You can buy a weeks travel card for about 12 euro.
Trains from the airport to the Termini costs around 14 euro and takes about 30 minutes. A taxi will set you back about 50 euro and takes roughly 45 minutes
Would definately stay at this hotel again

Good Breakfast Many places within walking distance. All over Good Hotel.
“ Top Tip: Mama Angelina's An excellent restuarant close to hotel. Best food we had in Rome at reasonable prices.

“ Found the hotel was quite near the termini, only a few blocks away, so it was within eas reach of the metro and transport links. Could travel all over Rome quite easy.Hotel was only a short distance from the metro blue line.
“ Top Tip: Went to a restaurant called Mamma Angelas .Very friendly and lovely food. Staff welcoming and helpful.

“ Very comfortable hotel & the staff were friendly & helpful. Within 10 minutes walk from the Metro Termini & the airport buses so extremely handy for all travelling throughout Rome. The hotel room was clean and tidy.
