“ A quirky hotel entered by a intercom system but once you are in the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and the location is excellent for all you want to do in Rome. The hotel has no dining room but you can purchase vouchers for a breakfast in the cafe next door. This is basic but quite adaquate at a very reasonable cost. We are two senoir couples and the area and environment suited us very well indeed.
“ Top Tip: The restaurants in the street behind the hotel were quite good. The hop on hop off buses are useful but we found that the 101 red buses were a bit run down and the head sets often did not work.

If I had to use just one word to describe our experience that would be Exceptional! The staff are incredibly helpful always aiming to make our stay memorable. The hotel might not look fantastic from the outside but the rooms are very cosy with all the facilities we need such as air cond, safety box, wi-fi and fridge. Also the hotel is located in a strategic point, close to the Fontana de Trevi, Colosseum, Piazza de Spagna, Pantheon, etc.
I would deffo recommend!!!
“ Top Tip: Outside the hotel there is a cafeteria/restaurant type of thing called Il Sogno, just perfect for breakfast, snacks and drinks in the eve. The attendants are friendly and very helpful, even though some of them do not speak English.

The Hotel was small and friendly, and we found all the staff to be attentive and helpful. It was clean and well presented and in a good location close to the bus and train terminals which made travelling around the city very easy.
Initially, it was a little difficult to locate the Hotel as the signage outside is very small and the Hotel is located via a large outer door which leads to an inner courtyard. It may be helpful to inform future guests of this, to make it easier to find.
It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although the staff were always quite happy to make drinks for guests, which was a nice touch.
All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and found our room to be very comfortable and quiet.
The breakfast included in the price is quite small and consists only of one pastry or croissant and one drink per person. Anything additional costs extra. However, we did find it to be sufficient for us until lunchtime.
“
Top Tip:
Make use of a two day ticket on one of the sightseeing hop on, hop off open top buses. They are great way to get around and see the city.
We actually bought our tickets on the plane, and a two day ticket was 15 euros per person which seemed a good price. Tickets can also be bought at the bus terminal.
