The bedroom was cold and there were stains all over one of the hand towels. The towel with stains was not removed but another one was put in the room.
Staff were eating breakfast infront of diners and making personal calls while I waited at reception. The internet in the lobby was very slow and swallowed my money, also had to pay 20 cent for a 1 page print out, which took 10 mins to print.
The only positive was it was cheap and in the centre of the town. The hotel is more suited for stag parties and hen parties.

“ We were happy with this hotel.Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely and loads of it no shortage.Rooms were also good. No complaints and we would definetly stay there next Please god when we go down again to the listowel races.
“ Top Tip: All Pubs and restaurant were close by.The brogue is one of my favourite restaurant.Greyhound bar is one of our favourite pubs.Music most nights and if not music you can watch any mount of sport each night.

“ Top Tip: The hotel is in County Kerry- what more is there to say. It is a spectacular county with countryside to die for, historical sites aplenty, beautiful towns and villages and cuisine of all kinds. You must go to County Kerry if you visit Ireland and this hotel.
