“ Very nice hotel with free parking, very good sports facilities (decent sized pool), and full breakfast to send us on our way. Waterford itself was a bit run down - some very nice historical bits, but also some derelict buildings which was a surprise.

“ Hotel is in lovely situation about 20 mins walk from the town centre. Beautiful setting, well furnished although decor getting a little tired in places. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough. Owners also very welcoming. Would definately stay again.

This is a family run, owned and managed hotel ideally situated in the heart of Waterford on the bank of the River Suir. Just a few minutes walk from Waterford's main shopping, business and cultural centres, Dooley's Hotel is close to all amenities. Our 113 bedrooms are of good size and en suite, complete with multi-channel TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, tea/ coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, trouser press, voice mail, and second telephone line for computer modems. The hotel faces the quay side on the main route through Waterford. It has a traditional facade and modern interior.
