Very pleased with Hotel.Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was disapointing, but not enough to put me off using this hotel again.
It is very centrally located and a number of attractions a nearby.

The Staff in this hotel are a treasure! They were very patient and helpful to everyone who sought help about how to get about and how to get to the sights. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.
The breakfast was n't great. Could do with a review and better quality food.
“ Top Tip: The Trofea Grill is two hundred metres to the left of the entrance. They offer a full buffet with all the local wine and beer you can eat and drink for an all-inclusive €20. The hotel is located within walking distance of some of the major sights and very close to the Metro, tram and bus. The location is ideal.

Central location.
Rooms were disappointing, walls paper thin, could hear people's conversation in the next room.
One of our rooms had plaster peeling off wall & alot of dust around.
Fridges were not cold.
One room, the water didn't drain in the shower & had to be fixed.
General appearance in the corridors was shabby.
We didn't know until we booked in, that we were on the top floor, there were only windows in the roof, unable to open them & rooms very stuffy.
No one in the party liked the attic rooms, windows preferred & your description of the hotel should indicate that you may be on a floor where there is no access to open windows.
No atmosphere in hotel, the bar area was never staffed or in use.

“ The best thing about this hotel was the location. Very near to Budapest centre, sightseeing, bars and restaurants. I would more class it as a 3 star rather than 4 star. Self service breakfast was standard. Good size rooms.

“ the hotel was very clean and presentable, it is also only five mins walk to the city centre, where there are numerous cafes and resturants.
“ Top Tip: the trams and tourist buses are only a five min walk away.
